Scraptastical Kreations DT Project #74

Hey it's me again! I have made my very first Border Set for a 12x12 scrapbook layout. What do you think, do you like how it turned out?

Obviously, I have never tempted one of these and I love how it turned out. Now later on down the road all I have to do is add it to a peice of 12x12 cardstock, add photos, and viola I have a completed scrapbook layout.

Or I just might sell it, one never knows.

I used the "Too Cute to Spook" file from www.scraptasticalkreations.com

The pattern paper is from K&Co Tim Coffey Halloween 12x12 Paper Pad
(It's the one with the scary pumpkins on the front cover and I bought it last year)

For my stamps, I used "The Cornies" face assortment (PK-293) on the ghosts and "Jack O' Lantern" face assortment (PK-510) for the pumpkins.

I used Martha Stewart's ghost border punch for each side of my border.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my vertical border set for scrapbook pages!
I will be making more of these in the future!!

Scraptastical Kreations DT Project #73

Morning!
I made this card with Mary's stamp set in mind and it's from the set that was recently released called  "A Day at the Beach". The sailboat is from www.scraptasticalkreations.com and the file is called "Light the Way".

Do you remember when you first started scrapbooking and you bought the scissors that had different cuting designs on them? That is what I used to cut my "water" and the bottom layer is on dimensionals to give it more depth.

Scraptastical Kreations DT Project #72

I hope you are all enjoying what is left of your summer before school starts! I am so excited to show you my card today....I love how it turned out!

I used the sunglasses from the KISS-Summer set from www.scraptasticalkreations.com
(The sun and palm trees are from Silhouette Studio)

The beach is torn sandpaper and the ocean/water is torn cardstock.

The sentiment for my card is from CardzTV Stamps called "Fun in the Sun"

Scraptastical Kreations DT Project #71

Hi Guys! Today I have a super cute layout to share with you!! I just took these photos last week of my daughter, Mikayla, and our neighbor boy, Max, playing together on our deck. These two have been inseperable since summer started and it's going to be hard for the both of them when she goes back to school.

I used a newer set called "My Main Squeek" from www.scraptasticalkreations.com, which I feel that they are eachother's "main squeek" and when they leave one another for the day/night they give hugs and tell each other they love them. It is sooooo cute.

Onto my layout.....

I picked up an adorbale paper pack by the Paper Studio called "Hoot Hoot" that I used on this layout.

I also used a Kiwi Designs template for my top and bottom border called "Abbie Road", which you can purchase these HERE.

Scraptastical Kreations Design Team Project #70

Welcome to another DT project for Scraptastical Kreations! I have been in a Halloween mood lately so I used the "Witchy Night" file and again for my double page layout. I also used the cloud from "KISS-Spring" file.
The spiders are a MS punch.

Spideweb border punch is also MS.

I cut slits in the broom end to make it look more real.

For the witch faces I used the PK-293 The Cornies face assortment.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Scraptastical Kreations "Christmas in July" Challenge

It's coming!! Christmas in only 5 months away, so why not get ahead on those gifts? This is a tag gift box. I have 12 tags inside of this box that can be attached to presents.

This idea is "Pinterest-Inspired" and I think it's a very clever and easy idea as a Christmas gift or just to have on hand for Christmas presents that you will be handing out for the holiday.

I used the "tag album" from www.scraptasticalkreations.com which I seperated from the album and created a shadow. I cut the shadow and pattered paper out 12 times for each tag. I used "My Pink Stamper's Stamps-Christmas Wishes" for the To: and From: and for my ribbon I used white tulle and altered the red and green ribbons. I also added some eyelets to each tag to secure the tulle and ribbon. The pattern paper used is from the DCWV The Christmas & Winter Stack 180 sheets.

Here is the original along with a link to recreate the box and tags.......

Please stop over to Scraptastical Kreations Facebook Fan Page and create ANY Christmas inspired project and post a picture for your chance to win.

I used the sentiment "Back to School" from CardzTV Stamps set "School Days" which you can find here http://cardztvstamps.blogspot.com.

Scraptastical Kreations Design Team Project #66

Good Morning Fellow Crafters!

It's time for another Scraptstical Kreations DT project =) For this simple card I used the "Baby Buckaroo" file and because I wanted to have a new baby boy card and didn't want the western feel to it, I left out the cowboy hat and ruffled up some embroidery thread for a patch of hair. I also added a side border and 3 buttons with some hemp cord tied in each of them. I used a scallop punch from Fiskars.

You can find this file and many others at www.scraptasticalkreations.com.

I used two stamp sets on my card today. One is the sentiment that is from Miss Mary at CardzTV Stamps, which you can also purchase them here and the set I used is from "It's All About You". The face on my baby is from "Wide-Eyed Face Assortment" from Peachy Keen Stamps, which you can find here.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Scrappin'

Scraptastical Kreations Design Team Project #64

Oh how I have grown to love PINTEREST!!!
(I'm Creative Cricut Designs, if you want to follow my pins/boards)

I saw this layout a few months ago and I kept going back to it over and over trying to figure out how to re-create it without copying it completely!!!

(I believe it is from scrapbook.com)

So I pulled up the cupcake, border, scallop files from Scraptastical Kreations Paper Piecings and got to work! I chose to use "KISS-This & That", "Sophisticated Scallops", and "Border Set 3". You can get these any many more file as www.scraptasticalkreations.com. The title I used is from Silhouette Studio and the paper is from Echo Park-Little Girl. The stamp set I used for the cupcake faces is a new set I recently purchased from Peachy Keen Stamps (PK-293 THe Cornies Face Assortment), which is my new favorite set by the way!! I also did some Cuttlebug embossing using the Divine Swirls, Swiss Dots, Spots & Dots, and Seeing Spots

Thanks for stopping by my blog and won't you stop over to
www.scraptasticalkreations.com for her fabulous sale that is going through July 31, 2012. Save 60% when you spend $15 or more and she has a few new sets she recently released along with a new freebie.

Scraptastical Kreations Design Team Project #63

Good Morning my fellow crafters! Today I am doing a double feature; one card and one layout!

For this fun layout I used four different Scraptastical Kreations Paper Piecing files and my Cricut.

The clothesline is the focus of my layout, which I cut from the "Baby Steps" cricut cartridge, page 62 and it is cut at 5 inches. The tweetie bird comes with this cut but I did add some googly eyes!

Now for all the SK cuts I used. The sun is from "Sunny Day", the clouds are from "KISS-Spring", the tree and grass snippets are from "Paper Boy" and the onsie and booties are from "KISS-Oh Baby". You can find them all and many more here on her website.....www.scraptasticalkreations.com.

And to add a little extra I used the Cuttlebug embossing folder Divine Swirls on my clouds.

For my layered grass background I used Kiwi Lane Designs templates, that come in an assorment of shapes for your scrapbook layouts. You can find them here www.kiwilane.com.

I hope that you enjoyed my creation tody and I'll see ya again soon.
