Cricut Cardz Challenge #116: Creature Feature

Welcome to another CRICUT CARDZ CHALLENGE

Make a card for Halloween using the CARD FEATURE from any cartridge, using any colors you'd like.

 

The best cartridge for shaped cards for Halloween is "Mini Monsters"

there are SO many possibilites!

 

I cut my spider (pg 54) out using the "card feature" sized at 5" and all the layers!

 

I used Mary's stamp set "Spooky Sayings" on the legs!

The challenge runs until September 24, 2012 @ Midnight!
So go to CARDZTV and look at all the spooky cards the Design Team has made and then create your card and link it to Mr Linky ASAP =)

Cricut Cardz Challenge #115: Color Play

Happy Hump Day!

 

 

We have another Cricut Cardz Challenge that starts today! Mary has created an awesome, in my opinion, "Back to School" color theme!

 

 

Cricut Cardz Challenge #115: "Color Play" make a card using any cartridge(s) and any theme you'd like, BUT using the colors RED, YELLOW, and BLUE ONLY. You may also use black and white as accent colors.

 

 

 

So onto my card~ I used the Recess Lite cricut cartridge and cut the books at 2 1/2". I also used the "School Days" stamp set by CardzTV Stamps!

Cricut Cardz Challenge # 115

Are you ready for another challenge? This week for the Cricut Cardz Challenge, Mary has a super cute challenge for you all.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #115: "Critter Cuties" Make a card using a "critter" (dog, cat, cow, chicken, duck, horse, etc) from any cartridge(s), and using any colors or theme you would like.

For my card I used the Create a Critter cartridge, which is a no-brainier, LOL. I cut the duck from page 31 at 3" and she is on an ACTION WOBBLE.

The sentiment is from CardzTV Stamps "For the Birds", which you can purchase here.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #113: "School's Cool"

Good Morning and I hope that you are all enjoying your day so far! It is that time again...Cricut Cardz Challenge has another great challenge this week.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #113: "School's Cool!" Make a card for Back to School using any cartridge(s) and colors you'd like.

For my card I used the Recess Lite Cricut Cartridge.

I also used CardzTV Stamps "School Days" on my card!!

Backpack is cut at 2 1/2"

Pencil is cut at 1/2" and the notebook paper is from Silhouette Studio (Cameo).

ABC is cut at 2"

To make my card I used the "Cupcake" from the Hello Kitty cartridge and my "tag" is from Tags Bags Boxes and More.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #111: "Summer Fun"

Good Morning! Today, we are starting another Cricut Cardz Challenge :~) The challenge for this week is to make a card for any occasion using Summer as your theme and any colors/cartridge you'd like. So when I think of summer I think of a few things like the pool, beach, and the fair! So I took out my Carousel Cricut Lite cartridge and found this cute ferris wheel, which I cut out at 5". My card base is 5 1/2" x 5 1/2". The grass is a fiskars punch and the sun is cut from my Silhouette. The stamp is from My Pink Stamper. Cricut Cardz Challenge #110: I'm So Glad, You're My Dad

Welcome back to another Cricut Cardz Challenge!! This week's challenge is to make a card using any cartridge/colors for Father's Day! I made a 5"x5" card and I used the "Pack Your Bags" cricut cartridge to cut out this fabulous Hawaiian shirt (cut at 4") for my husband from his little girl! I chose to use the Recess Cricut Lite Cartridge and used the graduation hat. I made my card especially for my daughter who will be graduating Kindergarten next month! YAY!! For my card today, I chose to use the Country Life Cricut Cartridge. Cricut Cardz Challenge #107: "There's No Other, Like My Mother"

Hello and welcome to another Cricut Cardz Challenge! For today's challenge you will need to make a card for Mother's Day using any cartridge(s) and using any colors you'd like! I chose to create my card using the "Elegant Edges" cricut cartridge! The three frames are cut at 2 1/2" and the butterflies are cut at 1 1/2". My cloud background paper is from the Silhouette Studio online store, I printed it out and then cut it down to the size I needed. Good Morning! I'm glad you stopped by for another Cricut Cardz Challenge!

Today's challenge is to make a card for any occasion using an umbrella, rain boots, clouds, raindrops, puddles, etc. from any cartridge(s)using any colors you'd like.

I used the Everyday Paper Dolls cricut cartridge for most of my card today including the boy, rain gear, clouds, puddle, and umbrella. I also incorporated my Silhouette Cameo into this by using the raindrop background paper.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #105: "You've Been Framed"

Welcome to another Cricut Cardz Challenge! Today's challenge is to create a card for any occasion using any cartridge and any colors.

I chose to use the frame feature from the "Toy Story" cricut cartridge that is on page 69 and I also used the cow and sun from "Create a Critter" which are on pages 52 and 60.

Cricut Cardz Challenge # 104: "Wearing of the Green"

~~~~~~Welcome to Cricut Cardz Challenge #104~~~~~~

The challenge this week is to make a card for St Patrick's Day using any cartridges you'd like with GREEN as the main color.

For my card I used the Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge and used the four leaf clover and cut it out of green and black and then dressed them up using Peachy Keen Faces!

Cricut Cardz Challenge #103 - "You Take the Cake"

The next challenge over at Cricut Cardz Challenge (CardzTV) is to make a birthday card with a cake or cupcake using any cartridge(s) and colors you would like.

I used the Cricut Lite "Sweet Shop" for my card today and my cupcake is cut at 3 1/4". I used a punch for my tag and the sentiment is from My Pink Stamper. The pattern paper is from DCWV Celebration Stack, which is my favorite this week!

Cricut Cardz Challenge # 102: "Stitch in Time"

Challenge #102: "Stitch In Time", make a card for any occasion using real or faux stitching and any cartridge/any colors you would like.


I used the Country Life Cricut cartridge and cut the sewing machine at 3 3/4".

I also used the TPC Studio "Sewing" stamp set and stamped the sentiment and the thymbol.

The paper that I used is from the DCWV Heirloom stack.

For today's Cricut Cardz Challenge #99, the Design Team project is to make a "Happy New Year" card using any cartridge and any color(s) we would like. I chose to make a letter sized card and I love how it turned out!

I used the Birthday Bash and From My Kitchen for the numbers and the martini glass!

For today's challenge, make 2 Christmas gift tags using any cartridge(s) and any colors you would like.

I chose to use Winter Woodland and Paper Doll Dress Up for my cartridges. I used the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cartridge for my tags that I cut at 5 1/2". I used some cardboard from the pantry and cut front and back cover
for the tags.
