For my project I created a 4th of July layout with the amazing colors red, white and blue! I used a few open stock papers from Hobby Lobby. Added the stars and the sentiment "Happy 4th of July!!!" from the Holiday Occasions stamps set by Joyslife.

Sketch Challenge with my BFF!

 

Good Morning!

 

Yesterday, CBC Scrapbooking and I started up our weekly challenges again!

We had to take a little medical break, but we are back in action ;)

 

We left off with her choosing the challenge and she decided to make it a sketch,

which was found on Pinterest. (I have attached that as well)

Once I found out which sketch it was I knew that I wanted to use a new paper pack that I had recently purchased. (The Paper Studio's Uptown Girl with Glitter). I completed my layout and then realized  I didn't have the right picture to go in it. I contemplated a bit about changing my layout colors so that I could put a picture in it, but these colors and this sketch work well together so hopefully I will take that perfect picture for my layout.

Tooth Fairy LO

 

Good Morning Peeps!!

 

Today I am sharing a layout that I finally finished. I was having such a hard time coming up with the layout of this one. My BFF, CBC Scrapbooking helped me out. Thank goodness or it might not have gotten done.

 

I used the "Tooth Fairy" paper piecing file from My Scrap Chick. I added Peachy Keen Stamps to my fairies faces using PK-570 "Basic Paper Dolls.

 

The clouds are from the Silhouette Studio and I created the title.

I finished the look off with polka dotted ribbon tied to my photo mats.

"Aloha" Card

 

Good Morning!!

 

It's my DT day over at www.joyslife.com and we are "KICKING OFF SUMMER"  and nothing screams summer to me like the BEACH!!

 

I used the "Hawaii Vacation Girls" by Too Cute by Jessica. I added the sun and palm tree from the Silhouette Studio store. Then tore some sandpaper to create the sand and blue paper for the water.

 

I used the "Pun in the Sun" stamp set that you can purchase HERE!

Bookworm Layout

Sasha (Boxer Layout)

Good Morning!!

 

It is time to get my blog updated with some projects that I have completed but haven't posted here yet.

 

So here we go....

 

First up I have a layout I made of our dog, Sasha. I asked Anne from svgcuttingfiles.com to make me a boxer file. She has several pet files and I needed a boxer and this is the cut she came up with and it's perfect.

 

 

I used the adorable The Paper Studio Spoiled Rotten Paper stack, which I think is the cutest for puppy dog layouts.

This layout is for a few pictures that I took

of her last visit to the vet.

I used the larger jar sentiment and stamped the snowmen inside. I added a lot of stickles to get the snow effect. My sentiment is from the CardzTV "Snow Day" stamp set.

For my project I used this "Guitar Candy Tube Holder"

 from SVG Cutting Files.

 

I accented the guitar with some brads and twine.

THE BEACH

 

Hello Crafters!!

 

I am sharing a layout I completed a few days ago! I used files that I found in the Sihouette Studio store that were created by Miss Kates Cuttables! Super cute stuff ladies!!

 

I also found this layout sketch on Pinterest, which I will post at the end.

I used the "Echo Park-Splash" paper pack and went with all blues to allow

the sun and palm tree to really stand out.

gone fishing

 

Hello Crafters!!!

 

I've just completed this layout using paper piecing files from Digital Delights by Loubly Loo! I used the new "Fishing Donald" & "Fishing Donnie" that you can find HERE!

 My papers are from The Paper Studio's "The Great Outdoors".

 I added some hemp cord for my fishing line and ran it behind the photograph mat to the title.
