Happy Easter and a card!

 

Good Morning and Happy Easter!!!

 

I am sharing a card that I made for my son!

He is 16, so he gets a little cash instead of a basket.

Don't worry though because he still colors eggs and sometimes helps

 his little sister "go on the hunt" for them;-)

 

 

My card was made using the "Funny Bunny" paper piecing file from Too Cute by Jessica.

 My clouds are from Silhouette Studio and the grass is an edge punch.

I stamped "Happy Easter" from the PKS March Kit of the Month on the inside of his card.

Sending Easter Blessings

 

 

Morning Ladies!!

 

Today I am sharing a card I made from the Silhouette Studio. I had to add a little later to it, so the panels with the white background, I added to give it more "pop". The center image does include the the shadow and image, so I just needed to balance it out.

 

The Easter Bear is a paper piecing (SVG) file from Too Cute by Jessica.

 

I recently ordered the "Mama Load" Crinkle Ribbon

from LoveBug Creations so I was just itching to use it.

CardzTV Stamp Holder

 

GOOD Morning!!

 

I was scrambling for a way to store my CardzTV stamps and all kinds of ideas were running through my head but not that I really liked. I was just looking through the Silhouette Store's new releases and seen this smaller magazine holder that fits A2 size cards with envelopes and thought it would be perfect. Within minutes I had it cut, inked and assembled and I love it. I shared it with my DT sisters and they loved it too.

 

My pattern papers are from Echo Park~Splash.

 

There are about a thousand different ideas that I can think of to "decorate" this box!!

Good Morning!!

 

I have a fun shaped card for you today. This is an egg shaped easel card that I created myself in the Silhouette Studio program. I added this cute "peep" from the "Close Your Little Peepers" file from KaDoodle Bug Designs.

 

 This sentiment is from a set I bought at least 3 years ago

that were on wooden blocks, and I am not sure of the name of it.

My cute little face is from, of course, Peachy Keen Stamps and the set is called

Wide Eyed and Bushy Tail Face Assortment (PK-757).

You Are Outta This World

Good Morning!!

 

I finally took the leap last week and signed up for the Peachy Keen Stamp Club! This is a reoccuring billing for a new stamp set that comes out the beginning of each month. The set includes a 8.5x11 sheet of assorted stamps; such as faces, sentiments and images. 

 

Since I signed up just a few days prior to the new release

I was able to get the Feb and March kits at $29.95 each.

 

 I used my Copic markers to color in my robot,

then I stamped his faces and whited out the eyes with my gel pen.

I then added my sentiment on the bottom and a little twine to finish it up.

I {mustache} you a question

 Good Morning!!

 

I made this quick male card using "The Stache" paper piecing file from

Too Cute by Jessica. My card has a sentiment that I created myself on my

computer. The oval was found in the Sil Studio store. I also embossed it with a new embossing folder "Mr. Maverick" that I found at JoAnns.

Hoppy Easter

Good Morning!

 

I have had this thing with cards lately, lol. I just cannot seem to get

 "outta the groove", so we'll just roll with it for now.

 

This card was created using a bookmark that I duplicated and welded together. I used this cute baby bunny that I found in the Silhouette Store (but you can also purchase her from Paper Piecing by Nikki). She has her items available for purchase through the store and her own store. Great news for us paper piecer's that have the Silhouette subscription.

The cloud is also from the Sil Store.

 

 The fence and grass are both border punches.

The butterflies are also from a punch set from Fiskar's.

 Ooooohhhh I just think she is so cute!! I used a Peachy Keen Stamp on

her face from the set "Snow Cuties Face Assortment" (PK-500)

The sentiment was created on my computer and printed in the cloud!

Good Morning and TGIF!!

 

Challenge Time---Today is my turn to create a challenge over on the KaDoodle Bug Designs Facebook Fan page HERE.

 

The challenge is to make ANY SHAPED CARD of your choice. Just not your average folded in 1/2 card with square or rounded corners. Please include a KBD file and if you want you can use a part of that file and make a shaped image card!!

 

I used an scalloped oval, duplicated it, and welded it to make this card. My chick and peep are from "Close Your Little Peepers" file. I added some Peachy Keen Stamps to both of them. On the chick I used Winter Wonderland Face Assortment(PK-482) and on the peep I used Just Baby Face Assortment (PK-650). The sentiment is also a Peachy Keen Stamps and is from the March Stamp Club(PKSC-15).

 

Peachy Keen Stamps just opened up their next challenge
and it's an ANYTHING GOES, so I have entered my card into it.

 I made this fun card using a card base I found in the Silhouette Studio for Cameo store.

The cloud and tree are also from Silhouette Studio.

The grass is from a Fiskar's border punch.

 

That adorable chick is from Too Cute by Jessica and the files is

called "Chick Sitting with Egg".

Happy Birthday Dr Seuss!

Good Morning All!!

 

Today is Dr Seuss' birthday!! (It's mine too) I created this double page layout
