Here is my project for this challenge:

 

I used the adorable "Sunshine N Rainbows" file from www.scrappingbugdesigns.com

I added buttons and twine to my rosettes!

I have two photo mats one sized at 4.25" x 6.25" and the other at 4.25 "x 5.50".

 I also added some Peachy Keen Stamps faces from the

Basic Paper Dolls and Wide Eyed Kids Assortment sets.

 My adorable sentiment is from CardzTV "A Day at the Beach" stamp set.
